A bold relaunch for a bold mission.
The Ontario Queer Chamber of Commerce exists to uplift, connect, and advocate for 2SLGBTQIA+ entrepreneurs and professionals across the province. With a growing membership and an expanding mandate, they needed more than a website redesign. They needed a flexible, future-ready digital platform that could grow with their mission.
That's where we came in.
We redesigned and redeveloped OQCC.ca from the ground up, building a fully responsive, AODA-compliant platform powered by Umbraco CMS and Umbraco Commerce. Fast, secure, and scalable, the new site functions as a central hub for members, allies, and community partners — a place where queer entrepreneurship is celebrated, supported, and amplified.
The platform supports integrated ecommerce for memberships, events, and fundraising. It features a content-rich blog and resource section, dynamic event programming including their popular Coffee & Connect sessions, a creative hub, and a community forum. The OQCC team has full control over content and growth without relying on outside help. And an SEO-optimized structure means new members across Ontario can find them when it matters most.
More than anything, the new OQCC.ca is a digital home for a movement. One that celebrates queer excellence in business and helps amplify it province-wide.
